A sustainable setting, built for humans to thrive in

ExecEd has its home in one of the most striking architectural achievements in South Carolina. Among its many superlative features is the fact that it has earned a LEED Platinum certification, meaning it’s as green as a building gets. A superlatively sustainable place to foster sustainable businesses.

Located in the heart of South Carolina’s capital city, the Moore School is part of the beautiful campus of the state’s flagship research university. It is convenient to the halls of state government and the city’s business elite.

The Moore School’s open and flexible design facilitates enhanced interaction and collaboration among faculty and students and makes the building an inviting hub for education, business and community engagement.

And once you get inside, you find spectacularly appointed classrooms fitted to function with the latest state-of-the-art technology.

It’s a structure built for humans to thrive in. The Moore School building has earned LEED Platinum certification, the highest certification awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council, placing the Moore School among an elite group of buildings earning the highest possible certification for sustainability.

LEED certification is based on a point system in seven categories that include water efficiency, energy, indoor environmental quality, materials and resources and innovation in design.

Hundreds of individual green features throughout the building combine to create significant energy efficiencies and environmentally responsible business practices.
