Lynn A. McFarland is an assistant professor of management in the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She received her Ph.D. from Michigan State University. McFarland is a recognized expert in the areas of her research and has received numerous awards, including the Best Paper Awards from both the Journal of Management in 2004 and the HR Division of the Academy of Management in 2005.
