Audrey Korsgaard is a professor of management and organizational behavior at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and both her master’s and doctorate degrees in psychology from New York University. Korsgaard joined the faculty at the University of South Carolina in 1991 and previously served as a visiting professor at the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Korsgaard teaches doctoral, masters and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, organizational development and training.
