The COVID19 pandemic is a time for businesses to start thinking differently. Listen to Ray Smith, associate dean for ExecEd and president of Corporate Solutions, talk with South Carolina Public Radio’s Mike Switzer in this episode of South Carolina Public Radio’s South Carolina Business Review.
The interview is the first of a series of podcasts about the impact of COVID19 in the business community. Each week, ExecEd faculty members will talk with Mike Switzer, offering their insights into how South Carolina businesses can adapt, survive and thrive during the pandemic and its aftermath.
Following these interviews, ExecEd will host a series of video conference seminars lasting 30 minutes, during which Darla Moore School of Business professors will dive into their topic in more detail. Businesspeople are able to sign-up (at no charge) for a seat at whichever topic they are interested. Each session will have a brief overview of the topic and some recommendations for action, followed by a Q & A session, curated by Mike Switzer of the SCBR. These conferences will be recorded and made available to the wider business community following the event, via social media and the websites of Executive Education at DMSB and SCBR.
