Certificate in Strategic Leadership

The Certificate in Strategic Leadership takes Executive Education to another level.

This is a special certification for high-potential managers, next-generation leaders and small company owners who need to elevate their leadership skills. It encompasses a suite of three of our Open Enrollment courses. The courses can be taken individually, or as a package for those seeking the full certification.

An effective leader makes things happen.

In the business world of today, the way organizations operate, communicate, collaborate and innovate is changing. Business leaders must not only adapt to these changes, but spur others in their organizations to do the same, fully tapping everyone’s potential.

Leaders have to be flexible, adaptive innovators. Our blended learning approach fosters that.

Every aspect of the program has surpassed my expectations. The facilitators were able to give me specific examples of how concepts would apply to my arena. It was evident that they had researched my organization prior to our session. Impressive.

I enjoyed the program and found the Leading Change class to be particularly helpful in managing more effectively by providing my staff with a better understanding of our strategy and the autonomy to oversee their own areas of the business.
