Leslie Hendrix received her Ph.D. in statistics and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of South Carolina. Before joining the Moore School, she was an instructor in the Department of Statistics in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of South Carolina. She became a leader and innovator for creating best practices in teaching large lecture classes, including classroom atmosphere, attendance, and academic integrity.
